Today we are announcing some changes that would be effective as of right now. We adjusted our plans offering due that we have released a new account type called Enterprise (formerly known as Premier).
In this article, we will explain you how does the adjustment may affect you. Please keep in mind that these changes are effective as of 11th August 2021).
For the free plan (also known as Basic), we adjusted the following features to be more competitive. We heard feedback from our users and they told us that our old data retention policy was really not suitable for anyone.
This is why we adjusted the data retention policy from 30 days to 1 years (365 days). No action is required from your part to benefit of this change. Your account should reflect the new change already.
For our most popular account, we adjusted the following based on the market.
- Data retention policy was adjusted from one year to five years.
- Data retention policy for replays was adjusted to 15 days.
- Limit to sessions recording was adjusted to 15 minutes per session.
For our plan the most complete available for general publics, we adjusted the following.
- Data retention policy was adjusted from two years to five years.

As we mentioned, you do not need to do anything on your part. These new allowance should reflect your account as of right now.
